Thank you so much for a great class. I learned several extremely helpful tips. The chef made Egg Tart making so much easier. I love his cooking style which is very professional but not intimidating. The place was nice and clean. It was well organized, yet relaxed which encourages everyone to participate. His knowledge is awesome and enthusiasm infectious.
